My pump was running noisy recently. Petar responded to my request quickly, provided next-day service and solved the problem efficiently. He is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Great service at a reasonable price. Petar came the next day and arrived when he said he would. My existing pump was broken and when Petar took the cover off, it was clear it needed to be replaced entirely. Petar was able to use his initiative to figure out a solution that worked within the confines of the configuration I already had which saved the need for plumbing work. The pump he supplied was perhaps a 20% more expensive than I could have gotten online but was well worth it for the convenience of him already being there and able to install it on the spot. Peter addressed the cause of the original issue so I don't think this pump will break as quickly as the first. He also spotted another potential problem with the original installation and fixed that too. I would definitely recommend his services.

I first used ProPumpz 4 years ago when my pools solar pump failed. I was very impressed with Petar, his knowledge and genuineness. This month my pools main filter pump failed and I didn’t shop around, but just called Petar as I fully trusted him. Petar arranged for the appropiate and latest direct replacement pump to be delivered so that I could fit it myself. I did find the same pump cheaper online, but went with Petar not just because he had done the research to look up the required pump for me, but if anything went wrong I know he’d be there. As it happened I had an odd noise after my installation. I messaged Petar and he responded straight away and resolved the issue over the phone. (You wont get that service from Amazon).

I had Petar out to check on my drainage pump which wasn’t working. There was expectation on my part that I’d need a new pump. Petar checked it and said the pump is fine and working. It has just been blocked by debris. He cleaned up the drain and the pump works fine now! Petar is an honest, pleasant and hard working man. He could have sold me gobbledegook and I would have believed him as I know nothing about pumps. I don’t usually do reviews but Petar is the exception. I believe I need to spread the good news! Highly recommend!

Petar was prompt in coming out same day when I explained we have no water without our pump. He was so very helpful, talked me through the issue and solution and we will contact him for any future pump problems we have!
