Flowtec Leak Detection

Thanks Kane - appreciate the great work! Flowtec found the leak in a place I would never have suspected. We now realise it'd been leaking for years, but only recently grew large enough to notice. Flowtec saved me more than $20,000 on repairs I'd have done which would have solved a problem entirely separate to the leak. We had our pool loosing a lot of water. Flowtec returned my call very quickly, asked questions and explained what they would do and the procedure and explained the costs. They are very polite. Flowtec came and checked a few things & ended up fixing/patched our pool liner which had quite a few holes in it. Thank you for your sevice. Highly recommend them.

Could not say enough about the professionalism of all the Flowtec staff and the efficiency with which they analysed, made a temp repair so we could still use our pool, then the visit to repair the pool. We highly recommend this company and their excellent staff. I hope that we never have to use them again as I’m sure the repair will not need replacing but if that happened, they would be the first we would call.

Great service and knowledge from a local co., in Melbourne. The intro came as a referral from a local pool company and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Over 2 visits my leak was located and confirmed and was repaired with minimal disruption to my garden and surrounds. Both Callum and Dick were a pleasure to deal with, from start to finish - very professional approach with a no nonsense description of what was required, step by step updates and detailed photographs providing before and after remediation. Can highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with Flowtec from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Communication with Jaime in the office was accommodating, professional and friendly. Kane came out to inspect and repair the pool leak and was exceptional; professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to finding the most financially sensible solution. The leak was successfully fixed, but honestly, I was so impressed with the service that I would have been happy to keep working with Flowtec until the issue was resolved.
