First Time Pool Owner Having never owned a pool before we relied heavily on the advice from Carwyn our awesome sales and design consultant. He offered many practical suggestions which have resulted in a pool that we love. Throughout the build we were kept informed at every stage, and it was reassuring to know that every person that took part was a member of the WBP team. There were no sub contractors used. As Christmas approached there was a sense of urgency to get the customers swimming before the shutdown period. Even the owner of the business was on a shovel at one stage! At handover, Matt took the time to explain the functions of all of the filtration system components, and demonstrated how to care for all aspects of the pool. Putting a pool in your back yard is a major step, but we have no hesitation in recommending you put your faith in WBP. We did and the result has been life changing

I couldn’t speak more highly of We Build Pools and there team. After meeting multiple pool builders I had very little confidence in the process given the pool was being added to an existing home with tight access. The team at We Build Pools took the time to explain everything and gave me confidence that they would handle any issues if they did arise (they didn’t). They completed the pool quickly with no problems to the point you would think it was done from when the home was built. Another project completed with WeBuildPools and we couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication in bringing our new pool to life. Our first experience with WeBuildPools was a renovation more than nine years ago and that pool is still in excellent condition to date. Our second engagement was for a full pool build and pool surrounds. Once again, WeBuildPools went above and beyond to turn our vision into reality. We knew the construction would be challenging, given rocks are present in our backyard and the retaining walls around the property. Despite this, the owner took on the project without hesitation. His two days of digging, working 12 hours each day, were an incredible effort to prevent any additional costs. I doubt you’ll find another pool builder who works harder or more committed than the owner. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending WeBuildPools to anyone considering building their own pool.

And sooo cleen never a need and the end of a work day. And The quality of equipment and all round gear and finish that you get is above and beyond. The Communication back and forwards with the office staff second and none they respond promptly to every email and every phone call even if they miss it they will call you back immediately soon as they’re finished so you’ll never left in the dark or unanswered questions. All in all my family and I are so happy with our choice and going with we built pools smooth seamless an amazing process from start to finish.
