LEAKwise

I cannot speak highly enough of Richard from leakwise. My pool had been increasingly leaking for the past few months. Installed in 2020, concrete with pebblecrete. At first I thought it was evaporation due our windy, warm conditions. I have maintained pools since 2001. Richard attended the day after my call. He detected the cause, promptly donned his wetsuit & weight belt and fixed the main drain. Richard was professional explaining the process, cause and next steps with patience and respect. richard was soooo professional. he worked diligently to find the leaks. this whole appointment was seamless and knowledgeable. i had an above ground suction leak in the davey pump inlet..and a leak near in skimmer box. i had expected the worst, as you do... thinking the whole deck is gonna have to come up...as the issue was presenting/ indicating as a suction leak... . but there was no gloom and doom. only positivity and dedication to finding the source of the problems. if you're getting a leak guy, get richard. he won't do you over, he's there to work with u as a customer and fulfill the job. i get nervous about tradesman not doing the right thing and richard allayed any fears by his professional conduct. well done i say. in thankyou kindly richard.

Rich was fantastic, we had been dropping water for several weeks with no sign of where is was going. Our pool shop recommended the sand filter and multi port valve be replaced which unfortunately failed to resolve our leak. Time to call in a professional, within a few days of contacting LEAKwise, Rich was at our place and worked his magic, it took less than an hour to discover the area of concern and unearth a 3-4mm hole in the sub soil pool plumbing. We were losing 1000ltrs a day which is very concerning on tank water, after working with the pool shop for 3 weeks it took only and hour for Rich to identify the issue and a short visit from the plumber to resolve things for good.
