Tallai Pool & Spa

Always great service and exceptional advice on everything related with I making sure my pool is in excellent condition. Having bought a house with a 30 year old pool and equipment 5 years ago I have since kept things going and replaced most of the system with Mark and his team with no problem. I have had on site service, maintenance and go down and get the pool tested every month for the past 5 years. Would not go anywhere else or bother getting products from any hardware store as it will end up costing you more time and money in the end.

have used many pool shops over the years and most have a high turnover of staff or are chain stores where the staff are almost following scripts.. It was recommended that i try tallai pool shop and i have been using them for a few years now . have bought a new chlorinator and pool pump over that time and had additional items added to the system along with an array of chemicals . I've had some great advice and information from Mark the owner and various members of the family and their staff. I was looking at some of the reviews posted and most of the low ones are from people it seems who want something for nothing or are at fault and didn't want to admit it . I have found Mark and team always willing to help and advise and their charges are very reasonable . it cant be always free as then they wont be there the next time ! my review is to say thanks and push up the score a bit :)

I have nothing but positive there they do there job which is tell me what chemicals i need and they give my kids lolly pops and are very patient and dont try to push anything just wish they were open longer on sundays but atleast they are open. Happy days

These guys are absolute legends. Wish we had of found them sooner. So honest and have all the time in the world to answer all your questions. We had another pool company out when we were having issues that only cleaned the pool and didn't fix the problem. Got Tallai Pools out and they located major issues with our filter system. Replaced everything that was needed at an extremely good price and now our pool is sparkling again. Thanks so much!

I responded to the positive google reviews for this pool shop and they were not wrong. I received very quick service. Needed my 20 yr old pool pump replaced. I was impressed with the honest assessment for the pool needs, rather than just trying to upsell me a product I didn't need. Excellent team work and I intend to continue using them even though I live a few suburbs away

I was visited by Connor a couple of days ago, as we've just purchase a house with pool on the GC. It's been 15 years since I've maintained a backyard pool and Connor stepped me through the procedures as he tested the pH, cleaned the pool filter and skimmer box. He just had to put some acid into the water and all was good. I was impressed with his knowledge, proficiency and professional manner in getting the job done. Thanks for your prompt and professional service buddy.
