The team at Poolwerx Labrador has consistently provided exceptional service. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, and I always feel confident in their advice. I appreciate how they take the time to explain things clearly and never make me feel rushed. It’s also a nice touch that they remember us and our pool’s specific needs. Being a pool novice I was looking for help to get my Mum's pool from a slimy mess to a sparkling gem after my father died and it was neglected for some time. I showed Tracey a picture and gave a water sample for testing. Tracey guided us through the recovery journey over a period of about 3 weeks with great service and advice and the results are just amazing. I was given a printout from the water test, quality products and instructions to follow. Bill also called by with further words of wisdom. These guys know about pool care. I highly recommend these guys as they know their craft. If there were more stars I would give them. Thank you for your caring and professional service. See you next test !
