4K Pools

Kostya was absolutely amazing, I have had really bad experiences in the past with pool people and he has reinstated my trust for workmen. He went above and beyond I helped show me what to do in the future, sent me tutorials. You will not be disappointed if you call Kostya for any assistance with your pool.

I knew nothing about pools yet and i had a monthly pool service from a pool shop in springfield, water was never clear. Always cloudy. But when i got 4k Pools to come out for a second opinion he spent time setting up a seperate pump and cleaned our filter which the original pool guy had not done in since i moved in 6 months ago. Now my pool is crystal clear and 4k pools advised me how to up keep the pools cleanliness.

Pool filter had blown on the weekend so contacted hi pages who posted the job. Response from Kostya 4K pools was very prompt. He collected details photos etc and clearly explained what he knew to be the problem (new sand filter) then gave me a quote over the phone. I gave him the go ahead then 1st thing Monday morning he had organised the new filter etc and advised he could complete the job on Thursday. At this stage the pool was still clear. He was most concerned about the pool going off and the cost involved of my having to pay for the chemicals needed to fix up a green pool so later on Monday phoned back to advise he had rearranged his schedule and would be there 1st thing next day (Tuesday). He arrived as promised replaced the filter was personable and clear and concise with any/all instructions. The service he provided was exemplary and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring excellence in service and delivery at a reasonable price.

Amazing service as always. Fair pricing and honest/reliable work. 4K Pools has gone above and beyond meeting my pool needs each visit they’ve come out. From pump repairs, to bringing the pool back to life & general cleans. Thankful as always 4K Pools, couldn’t recommend anyone else!

I put an add on Hi Pages, within a couple of minutes Kostya had messaged. Kostya was here on time the next morning, he explained everything to me in detail ( I was asking a million questions) he diagnosed the issue, ordered & collected parts & had my pool up & running. He knew EVERYTHING I needed to hear, he was such a Nice Guy. Pool is fixed & I will always be calling Kostya in the future. I highly recommend this company for any pool issues. 🥰
