I purchased a home about 9 months ago with a pool and I did not know anything about pool maintenance. Nathan from NE Pool Service explained how everything worked, gave me pool care tips, taught me proper chemical balance and even things to look for to prevent future problems. Exceptional service, advice and product knowledge. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and sincere with his advice. He is friendly and professional. With his advice I was able to fix many issues (extra calcium deposits, water clarity, changing my cleaner etc) in my pool. My pool is now very clean, and the water clarity has improved a lot. Thanks Nathan!!!

Nathan and NE Pools are the real deal. Take it from a satisfied customer; your search for a pool service ends here. Give NE Pools a call; you'll thank yourself later. 5/5 stars service. Unparalleled service, comprehensive advice, and affordable, that's what I experienced with Nathan from NE Pools. Nathan is a seasoned pro who knows pools inside and out. He explained everything clearly, helping me understand not just what he was doing, but why. Best of all, his top-notch services came with a down-to-earth price tag. The pool has never sparkled like it does now, and knowing it's under Nathan's care eases my mind.
