We recently hired Alpha Pool Care for our pool maintenance, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the very first contact, customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in answering my questions and helped me understand the various services they offer. Blake arrived on time and was extremely professional. He thoroughly inspected my pool, cleaned every inch, and explained the maintenance process in detail. I appreciated his attention to detail; he not only cleaned the pool but also took the time to check the water chemistry and ensure everything was balanced perfectly. Since starting service with Alpha Pool Care, our pool has never looked better! The water is crystal clear, and I've noticed a significant reduction in debris and algae. What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After the service, they followed up to ensure I was happy with the work done. I truly feel like they care about their clients. I highly recommend Alpha Pool Care to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality pool cleaning services. They have made pool maintenance a breeze for me, and I look forward to continuing our service.

After everything that’s happened in Queensland, I reached out to Blake to fix the pool at our rental property, and I’m beyond grateful for the incredible service he provided. Blake, you went above and beyond to get the pool back to perfect working order, and it’s a relief to know it’s in such great hands. Your professionalism, care, and attention to detail made all the difference during a stressful time for us. We genuinely can’t thank you enough – your help means the world to us, and we’re so appreciative of the amazing work you did.

My pool is sparkling, and I have never been so happy with not only the service, but how quick, kind and understanding Blake was. I was struggling with a green pool and he went above and beyond to get it clean and ready for the kids to swim for Easter.

Had a visit from Alpa Pool, Blake is very knowledgeable and thorough with what my Pool needs. Very happy with this service. Suggested a few options which is necessary to keep my Pool running at low coast which was a great and beneficial.
