A few months ago we had a dual zone swim spa installed. I've never had a pool or spa before, so all of the care and maintenance was completely new to me. I'm so glad I started visiting this store. Matthew and Alex are so helpful and friendly, always willing to answer my many questions and always patient. I get my water tested weekly here and buy any chemicals I need from them. I had to get my head around water chemical balancing and the way my Naked Pool system worked - and I couldn't have done it without Matthew and Alex. Their customer service and support has been invaluable. Highly recommend.

I highly, highly recommend this pool shop. I went in there as a first time pool owner and was given a lot of helpful information by Chris the owner, whilst other pool shops have not been really helpful or as knowledgeable. I went to get my new dolphin robot cleaner fixed. Two of the buttons did not work. I spoke to Ethan who told me that with this robot, those functions do not work, but would see what he could do. And impressively he did get the buttons to work. Ethan went above and beyond. He could have just told me the buttons do not work but instead went into the dolphin tech app and sorted it out. Very, very impressed and happy with this service. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and to Ethan for going the extra mile. Very happy new customer.

In all my years dealing with Poolwerx, Matt has been by far the most helpful. He took his time to explain the ins and outs of my new pool cleaner and did so in a polite and professional manner. Thank you for your kind service Matt.
