  I was contacted by Dean who ran me through some options for sizing a Madimack Pool Heater, pending my requirements (i.e pool size - blanket / no blanket etc) and they came and did a site inspection to find a suitable location. The prices were extremely competitive and within a few weeks of making contact – my pool heater was installed and connected (levergaing existing Solar Heater piping) and has been running without a hassle. The unit looks sleek (no ugly fan) – runs pretty quiet and electricity usage has been fine with the Dontek controller – turning off once it gets to the set temperature. Very happy with the Madimack product and service provided by Dean and Sonny (+others!) at Paladin.

  Dean and the team from Paladin Pools did a great job installing our new Madimack pool heater. He was helpful when I was choosing the heater, answering all my questions clearly. The installation itself was quick and efficient. They were able to install the heater within a week of me approving the quote. Dean was also available to answer any questions I had after the installation. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Dean and Paladin. The kids are loving the warmer water !

  I can highly recommend Dean and Jamie. We purchased a house with an old pool. Being a terrace house, type, location and sizing of equipment was important. After reading the reviews, I called Dean, told him how I wanted the system to work, and straight away he designed up a system to suit my requirements. They turned up when they said they would turn up and the workmanship was good. I have no issues recommending Paladin and have already recommended them to a friend.

  After being referred by Smooth Current Electrical (who put our solar power system on) to Dean Lavers at Paladin Services Australia, he has just completed the installation, together with one of his team, of our inverELITE V4 pool heater. You could tell they both cared about the professionalism of their work from the initial consult, quote then installation! They integrated seamlessly with Smooth Circuit and the job was done very well. The regular contact through the whole process was much appreciated. And, the site looked cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Looking forward to a much longer pool season now. Thanks!
