He took the time to guide us step by step over a video call, explained everything clearly, and helped us fix the problem — all without charging us anything. It’s so rare to find someone so genuine, helpful, and generous with their time.   Amazing professional. I called Garry with a problem with my new pump, on a late Saturday afternoon and he said he would come right away. So helpful and nice about it, despite me panicking about it. I fixed the problem while he was on his way, and he was so good about it. Even without actually providing a direct service, it was his amazing customer service that left an impression. 100 percent would call him again.
