  The Award Pools team recently completed our project at Whale Beach in Sydney's north. Our site is VERY steep; the only access to the rear job site was a narrow (1.4m wide) strip down the side of the house. Award handled all construction, including drilling 38 piers down to bed rock, concrete footings and walls, two new terraces and of course the extraordinary pool. During construction we endured one of Sydney's wettest periods and lost over four months due to bad weather. Award took all that in their stride and worked every day possible. Their staff are first class and all works flowed with a minimum of fuss. Perhaps the best thing about our experience with James and Award Pools is that they were and absolute pleasure to work with. Their billing systems and communications were first class. There were no disagreements about cost variations, or quality concerns, it was all just....easy! We are beyond happy with the way Award handled the entire process and thrilled with the final outcome; I recommend them to you without hesitation.

  We have had a pool built with Award Pools and the process has been nothing short of fantastic - despite us building in the wettest Winter that Sydney has encountered in a long time! The standard of finish is amazing. Communication across the whole pool build was excellent and the team are just generally nice people to deal with. Thank you to Trent, Jay and Rebecca for helping us create an amazing pool!

  We decided to renovate our pool and started the process of sourcing suitable companies to carry out this process. After discussing our project with a number of contractors we decided on Award Pools. Award stood out from the others as they were willing to listen to our ideas and draw on their experience to add to our thoughts. Once the project commenced, all aspects of the process were well managed and completed by the very pleasant onsite team and within the agreed time. When questions arose, we had them answered quickly and politely by the office staff and can only complement the project manager Tom. He was always willing to discuss any opportunities that appeared with a view to achieve the best outcome for the finished project. Buying a pool is a big purchase, and I took my time planning and budgeting, yet Award never pressured me. First Kevin, then Trent were informative and helpful with the design. Jay managed the build professionally, he was here often and was always respectful of our property and punctual for meetings. I wholeheartedly recommend Award Pools.
