Horizon Pools

The team at Horizon pools were direct in pricing and details on the first inquiry. A meeting was then arranged with Catherine and Daniel. We left that meeting feeling great, they were very accommodating on what we wanted and had some great ideas to work within our confines of easements etc. The whole process was explained thoroughly and Catherine was always available to answer any questions. Daniel was on site several times to offer advice and check in. Main delays were due to weather and the fact the I chose to carry out all the tiling/ fencing etc myself. Fast forward and with help from Alan our pool is up and running with pump, heater chemicals, and cleaner etc. We love it, the kids especially and it gets used everyday. I would encourage anyone wanting to build a pool to engage a good landscape designer to assist with a clear picture and costs as this is the part where things can start to blow out. Council approvals for building over easements etc can be time consuming and difficult to navigate so allow time to get this sorted. We purchased a pool from Horizon Pools. It has literally been the best decision our family has made. From the first point of contact we had with Catherine at the Pool and Spa show, to the dealings we had with the installation team and the many conversations and endless support Daniel provided us, I can honestly say that the team at Horizon Pools completely exceeded our expectations. My only regret is that we waited so long before taking the step to up grade our blow up pool and slippery slide to the pool that Horizon Pools installed for us. Last summer was undoubtedly the best summer of our lives. The kids spent their whole holidays in the pool with friends and family. Daniel had told me there is just something special about being in the water and he was not wrong. There is nothing better than jumping in the pool after a stressful day at work. We love sharing our pool with family and friends and cannot wait till October when we can put on our heat pump and jump back in. Not only has the pool transformed our backyard but it has transformed our lives. Working with Horizon Pools on our Saint-Remy 8x4 pool was an excellent experience particularly as first time pool owners. The most professional and amazing business I have dealt with in along time, it took 2 weeks from site excavation to the finished job and my site was always keeped clean. From the ladies in the office to all the workers that came to site they were polite and had outstanding communication. Our little pool is absolutely stunning. Horizons was amazing and extremely helpful with all the issues with the council. Catherine at head office was such a calming, helpful person. Nothing ever seemed too much.
