Our recent pool construction experience with Narellan Pools South West Melbourne is excellent and the Best pool builder in Melbourne . We strongly recommend them for new pool construction. Contract to completion process is smooth & perfect . Jason , Ben & Jasmin excellent attitude to manage the customer expectations.

We're so happy with the work and support from the Narellan Pools team. It's been a great smooth process from the start. Can't wait until our home build is complete so Narellan Pools can install the pool equipment and we can get everything running. Admin team was beyond informative and helpful. Jason and his team are so friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. From our initial phone call with Jason we were able to ask all our Qs and get responses quickly. Also all phones calls and emails were responded too, promptly. We had a sleeper pool installed in July 2022 whilst building our new home.. then the pool was finished in Sept 2023. Again Jason and his team were very responsive to getting our pool finished in plenty of time for this summer. We are so happy with the finished product and have already started to swim in it.. Having a heater has made it possible to swim even in cooler weather which we love and will prolong using the pool during the year. We love our new pool and it looks fantastic in our backyard....the pool colour and style fit in perfectly in our yard. It also gives our home the serenity, peace of mind, and being able to enjoy a swim at any time of the day/night is fantastic. We will have many hours/ years of pool use for us to use including all our family and friends. I will highly recommend this business and Jason and his team. The best decision Ive made.

Had a Symphony 5 done by Narellan South West. These guys have been great to deal with. Prompt, clear, on time and quick at solving problems when they arise. Massive thanks to Jason, Jasmin and Ben. Fantastic job by all.

They were perfect in every way, from consultation to install to handover. Jasmin was very easy to get in contact with and kept me updated every step of the process. Our house build was delayed several times and they accommodated us without a problem. 5 stars, would definitely recommend for a no headache and fantastic pool install.
