On completion of the renovation I was provided with Compliance Certificates for both plumbing and electrical works, as well as a Waterproofing Installation certificate. We recently engaged Como Pools & Construction to completely gut & renovate two bathrooms in our home. Fernando and his team did the first in an upper storey brick veneer extension to replace a 25 year old bathroom followed by the second, a smaller bathroom in the original double brick part of the 1930s house. In both instances, Fernando provided detailed, itemised quotations; timelines and regular conversations throughout the process to keep us informed & engaged in the build. From demolition, levelling, rough ins, waterproofing, tiling and final installations & fit off, the subcontractors were professional, skilful, courteous & timely. All the while, Fernando oversaw all aspects of the work & maintained the flow of each trade that is required in the complexity of bathroom renovations. As to be expected in a house this age, there was the odd inevitable hiccup. Fernando was able to give us options, suggestions, any cost variations and, above all, support and reassurance as he worked to resolve any issues that arose. Overall, we are really thrilled with the quality of the workmanship evident in both bathrooms. The end result leaves us confident this quality renovation will withstand the test of time. The added bonus is it came in on budget! We couldn’t recommend Como Pools & Construction more highly or confidently.
