Seaspray Pools delivered an amazing transformation of my backyard with our new pool. From day one—starting in sales, through the initial home inspection and quote, the introduction to the construction team, and right through to completion—the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Communication from every staff member was excellent throughout. I was able to provide easy access at any time, which helped things run efficiently, and in return the team delivered outstanding workmanship and customer service. They kept me informed at every stage and worked hard to ensure the pool was ready in time for summer. The handover process was thorough and reassuring, and even after completion they’ve continued to provide support. As a first-time pool owner, the process can feel overwhelming, but Seaspray Pools offered guidance and assistance every step of the way. A big thank you to the entire Seaspray Pools team. As first-time pool builders who didn't know what was involved or how much more $$ we were up for, we are very happy with the result of our pool. The area was a difficult one, but the team at Seaspray managed to customise the design and build to make it work. They navigated the challenges of our site with professionalism and skill, delivering a final product that looks great. The pool is beautiful, and we are looking forward to summer to use it. While there were some unexpected costs along the way, the quality and craftsmanship of the pool make it worth it.

Seaspray recently completed a custom pool for us and we could not be happier with the end result. Aaron and the team have been fantastic from the pre construction phase through to handover. The staff and team of trades that support the business are excellent and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The site access constraints were a challenge but nothing Seaspray could not handle.
