My experience in dealing with Aloha has been first class the entire way. Their design development process was incredibly thorough, ensuring that potential issues are dealt with upfront, before construction starts. The pool they built for me was highly technical and they were outstanding at every point. Travis Fell (the owner) got involved at the outset together with Nathan Kinder and the architect, Brett Robinson of Acre, carefully testing design and construction techniques before commencing the build. The pool is complicated where many things could have gone wrong. Nothing did. We got through the entire build without any contract variations whatsoever. In my opinion, this was an extraordinary result. Steve Kimpton who managed the build for Aloha was exceptional, kept us informed and went above and beyond consistently, working in with other builders and contractors undertaking other parts of our development. If you're comparing quotes between builders and Aloha is more expensive, there is a very good reason for it - they know exactly what they're doing and have costed the job accordingly. Not all pool builders are created equal. Aloha is streets ahead. Thank you, Team! We're stoked with the outcome.

We priced our pool through 2 local construction companies. Aloha was more expensive but only by 5%. We went with them because a pool is a major asset and we felt we would get a superior product with superior backing etc. We weren’t disappointed. The pool was completed on time and on budget. It is constructed to the highest quality and far exceeds our expectations in look, amenity and low maintenance. Every stage of the process ran smoothly and with pleasant, professional staff. Follow-up has been exceptional. That extra 5% ... certainly money well spent!

We initially selected Aloha to build our pool because they were responsive to our requests, were interested to help us to develop ideas to optimise our pool, and committed to a fairly tight program to finish pre-Xmas 2021. Aloha's work quality was excellent, and the people who worked on all aspects of the pool were extremely competent but also friendly and keen to deliver a great outcome. The management of the process including site investigations, design, permits and construction was also very good, and timely. The after-sales service from Aloha Plus is equally good.
