Sustainable Pools

We cannot be happier with the outcome of our pool build it looks amazing! Pat and Alicia are fantastic to deal with and made what should have been a really stressful process actually quite pleasant. We were updated every step of the way from initial quoting and sizing through to each part of the pool construction process. They were always available for any questions we had along the way and it was obvious they have an abundance of experience in the industry. Importantly after installation/handover they have remained active in helping me with tips and advice on pool maintenance while I get up to speed with looking after our new pool. We recently had a full renovation of our old concrete swimming pool completed by Sustainable Pools. In the shop, Alicia was fantastic with providing ideas, giving advice and helping us pick the right coping tiles & new interior for our very outdated swimming pool. Alicia provided regular communication and always answered all of our questions asap throughout the entire project. On site Patrick worked hard and always followed through on time with everything he said he would do which was refreshing after we had some negative experiences with unrelated projects recently. We really love the finished product and can’t wait for the warmer months so we can enjoy our like new now modern swimming pool :) We really appreciated the very friendly service and great communication that was provided from start to finish. It was very clear that they have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the pool building game which gave us great peace of mind. We will happily be continuing to do business with them via the Pool shop for all our pool supplies, maintenance and advice.
