  We recently had a concrete pool built and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. We originally considered adding a spa, but due to limited space Wade suggested an air seat as an alternative. It turned out to be the perfect solution — it gives us the relaxing spa feel without the extra cost, and we’re so glad we went with his advice. The build timeline was excellent, and the team managed to fit the pool beautifully into a very uneven space, even with the challenge of having to place the pump higher than the pool due to the retaining wall. Their workmanship and problem-solving were impressive. Every member of the crew was personable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The finished product is absolutely stunning. The LED lighting gives the pool a real resort-quality feel at night, and the pebblecrete finish makes the water look divine — a vibrant, beautiful blue that exceeded our expectations. One thing that really stood out was the level of care Wade provided. On the final day, when the pump wasn’t pulling water through properly, he came out after hours to make sure everything was running perfectly so we could enjoy the pool that first weekend. That kind of dedication is rare and genuinely appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with the result. High-quality build, great value, and exceptional service. We highly recommend Wade and his team to anyone looking to build a pool.

  These guys make dreams come true!! Kylie, Wade and the whole team have been amazing and professional throughout our whole pool build experience. Communication was always top tier and timely, being that I am quite detail oriented, with a heap of ongoing questions and queries, the team were always happy to help and all were answered and and attended to. I have no hesitation to recommend Evans and Evans to others, if I were to ever build another pool they would be my first call.

  After a lot of research and recommendations from friends and friends of friends, we chose Evans & Evans to build our pool in winter last year. We were not disappointed. We loved that they are a local family business, and their customer service and workmanship was second to none. All of their tradespeople were also excellent, with our deck builder commenting that the finished pool height with respect to our alfresco area was the closest they'd ever seen. Overall, we couldn't fault anything throughout the entire process. It has now been 6 months since our pool was finished and it's still perfect. We've had no issues at all and the pool has been used almost daily since handover. Thanks so much Wade, Kylie & team.

  We decided to engage Wade and Kylie Evans from Evans & Evans pools for our new pool back in 2021 when we had just purchased our block of land and were keen to build our dream home. The process of actually getting the house approved and then built took a long time and we didn’t finish until 2024. Throughout this time, we kept touching base with E&E who were always happy to chat and come over for site meetings to discuss best options and explain everything we needed. Pricing did obviously increase over the span of 3 years from initial quotation but overall they did their best to keep price rises reasonable and were always open and transparent about why things cost more and what we could do to save money. The actual building process was nice and easy, although it was complicated by storms and other events, Wade Evans in particular made sure that we managed to get our pool finished before the Christmas period, despite having to deal with downpours and cancelled pour dates throughout everything. Wade would come over and sit there pumping out the pool shell after rising ground water and storm rain filled the shell just to make sure that the pebblecrete date was met and the job didn’t get pushed into 2025. Wade also never tried to oversell us on pricy things like upgrading pool tiling or pebblecrete. He simple just always gave his honest opinion. My wife was angling for an in-ground spa when we first started designing, and Wade could have easily seized the opportunity to make another 25k but instead walked us through why our site wasn’t particularly well suited to an in-ground spa and then gave other suggestions such as a in-pool spa ledge. Personality-wise, Kylie (whom I’m sure is the mega brain driving the operation) was always pleasant to deal with over the phone or via email correspondence. Wade himself is a big personality full of positive energy and ready to talk for hours, not just about pools but life in general. His charisma certainly makes the stressful process easier as no one wants to deal with a grumpy tradesperson. Overall, no experience in life is ever perfect, but I have no hesitation in recommending Evans & Evans pools for those who might be looking for someone to engage.

  One year on and still loving the pool. No issues. Wade and the team still contact to make sure everything is going well. They made the whole process easy, headache free and the outcome is a quality product. Very happy to recommend them and hope this long term family business continues for many more years. There's a good reason they have been around so long.
