Right from the outset, Mal stood out from the other quotes I researched. He easily and clearly responded to my questions (as I needed to do a bit of prep work done prior to inspection). When he did come for the inspection, he rang earlier than expected and said he was 'between jobs' and asked how was I going with the prep work. (I had completed 3/4 of the job)., He said he could come over within 10 mins and help me finish it off and provide the certificate, before his next job. It made my day as it was so hot and having 4 hands on the job was so much quicker and easier. I can't rate highly enough, the customer service, professionalism and old fashioned kindness of this business!

He explains what is required thoroughly and does not over-dramatise if there are some things that need to be fixed. Many inspectors will make it seem like the end of the world if something isn’t right, so I appreciated that approach from Mal.Very friendly and prompt service with quick turnarounds.
