For a newcomer to the pool industry Castaway Pools has manged to exceed our expectations and gone above and beyond to deliver us a pool that is first class. Nothing has been too much trouble for Dean and his crew and after sales has been great. We were only the second pool that Dean has built but based on the end product and his time to deliver you would think he had been in the business for years. Thanks again for a great pool.

Our family just had a pool designed and built by Castaway pools and we wanted to share what a wonderful experience it has been from the getgo. Dean was ever-present and nothing was too much trouble designing our beautiful pool that was built in a difficult corner that now has saved us from wasting space on our block. We have had pool's before but this one has top quality components from the whisper quiet pool motor to being able to operate through our phones. It seemed that where most pool companies promise the world and then try to cut costs all the way through, Dean is more interested in producing beautiful pools for the same price as everywhere else. Probably the most important thing was, that Dean is an owner operator, so he is with you through every step of the way rather than have a salesman who disappears after the initial consult. Fully recommend Castaway pools.

We had the pleasure of working with Dean from Castaway Pools, and I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to delivering a top-quality pool on time. From the moment we met Dean, it was clear that he was not just a pool builder but a true craftsman. Dean's professionalism shone through in every aspect of the project. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the pool-building process, making sure we were well-informed and comfortable with each decision. His attention to detail was impressive, and he always went the extra mile to ensure that the final product exceeded our expectations. What truly set Dean apart was his friendliness and approachability. He didn't just see us as clients; he treated us like mates. Dean was always just a phone call away to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. He made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He set realistic timelines and stuck to them diligently. Despite unforeseen challenges that arose during the project, Dean's commitment to delivering on schedule never wavered. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our family could enjoy our new pool exactly when we had planned, quite literally to the day - unbelievable in 2023! We wholeheartedly recommend Dean and the team at Castaway Pools to anyone in need of a professional, friendly, and dedicated pool builder. Dean's expertise, warmth, and commitment to excellence make him the go-to choice for creating an awesome pool for your family. We couldn't be happier with the results - thank you Dean!

We are blown away with the quality and professionalism Dean from Castaway Pools has shown throughout the whole build. We decided to go with a large pool and spa including all surrounding landscaping. Dean the builder was able to orchestrate all trades on site and give us a beautiful product. We have never built a pool before, and this can be quite daunting as it's a large project to undertake. However any of our concerns before the build were answered and there were no hidden costs as these were clearly identified to us before contract signing. Thanks so much Dean for an amazing job, and would not hesitate Team Castaway to anyone looking for the ultimate pool.
