Naturcom Pools

Being pool owners previously, we knew what to look for. We needed to know that whoever we chose knew what they were doing, could deliver on their promises and had the workmanship and experience to back all that up. We chose to go concrete for the durability in our soil type and the ability to customise the design for our purposes, neither of which could be achieved with the fiberglass options. After much research, samples and discussions, we chose to go with a Jake and his team at Naturcom. The simple fact that they could supply a superior product (including above industry standard 300mm shell thickness, and over engineered structural support and reinforcement) and still keep the price to within cooee of a fiberglass option was a no brainer for us. The design phase was painless, with great comms. We were kept up to date at every step of the process, and when the work started, it was the owners themselves that were on the tools, checking and controlling every element of the build. Against all the odds (covid/supply etc) we are in our pool slightly ahead of schedule, and in time for xmas 2022. We couldn't be happier with the end result. It was a pleasure to deal with the whole team, and we now have a true durable asset that will stand the test of time we are sure. Thankyou All :)

They could not have been more supportive when we found that the pool with the house we had just purchased was in a decaying state and needed a full interior renovation.. they were recommended To us by another pool company which was too busy to help..
