From our first contact with the sales team through to construction and final handover, the experience was excellent. The team was professional, polite, and easy to deal with at every stage. Communication was clear, the workmanship was high quality, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. We’re extremely happy with the end result and would happily recommend them.

Every step of the way Adam, Shane and the team were professional, helpful and extremely skilled in their work. The result is a beautiful pool that we can enjoy and the knowledge that should we need any additional support; they are more than happy to assist. Well done. We are very grateful to all involved.

Best addition to our property to date – Absolutely loving our pool, been in it at least once a day since handover. Was given perfect advice from Adam when he came to measure up for the quote. Wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell us meaning we got exactly what we wanted. Ended up with the Eden 5.5, which fits perfectly in our backyard space. No fuss or hiccups during the work which ws overseen by Shane. Everyone was polite and hard working. The pool and surrounding tiling was finished to a high standard. It’s simple to keep clean and looks awesome. We highly recommend Narellan Pools Hervey Bay.
