We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mineral Pools Queensland! Cam, Hayley, Mick, Brad, Craig, Jarrod, Jeremy, and the whole extended team were amazing from start to finish. They were so accommodating, super helpful, and just all-round professional every step of the way. We made a couple of changes along the way and nothing was ever too much trouble — the team just took it in their stride, sorted things out, and kept everything on track. Their communication was excellent, and you could tell that every tradesperson really took pride in their work and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. A special shoutout to Nick from Doyle’s Fencing, who did our glass and aluminium fencing — another consummate professional who went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. We had several companies come out to quote on our job, but none of them filled us with confidence. From the moment we met Cam, we knew Mineral Pools Queensland was the company for us. He was laid-back and friendly, but also super professional and knowledgeable — he just filled us with confidence, and we weren’t mistaken! Everything ran to plan, even with some horrendous weather along the way, and just like Cam promised, we’re swimming before Christmas… and it’s only October! We’re absolutely thrilled with the end result and can’t recommend the team at Mineral Pools Queensland highly enough. Thanks again, guys — you’ve been brilliant!

The idea of building a pool can be a daunting one. So many builders out there not to mention so many options for the pool itself. We had several companies come out and quote but as soon as we met Cam from Mineral Pools QLD, the choice was clear. Cam sat down with us and talked us through everything in a concise and friendly way, taking the time to go through all the options available to us. From the very beginning Mineral Pools QLD has been incredible, every single person we dealt with involved with the build was fantastic. From our supervisor Brad, always friendly and communicating clearly, to Mick overseeing the excavation, Craig doing the tiling and Nick doing the fencing. The attention to detail and care taken just continued to impress us. We can’t forget Operations Manager, Hayley. Hayley was always friendly and would do whatever she could to assist with any question we had, prompt communication was excellent. We have recently had the handover / pool set up with Steve from Rode Pool Services and yet again, just fantastic service at the recommendation / inclusion by Mineral Pools QLD. In summary, we feel very fortunate to have had an opportunity to undertake this significant project with the entire Mineral Pools QLD team. Thinking about a mineral pool? Mineral pools were excellent from start to finish. My recommendation for Mineral Pools QLD cannot come anymore higher. From day one of getting quotes from multiple companies was very daunting, but then we met Cam. Offered things that others couldn't at a competitive price as well. Cam's team are fantastic to deal with and very informative with the many questions we had. The trades they employ are very prompt, professional and tidy given the work they have to do is very messy. They made us extremely lucky and greatful by getting our pool done in 7 weeks, and just before Christmas!! The whole process and communication was easy and suited our busy work and family lives. We’re so happy with our beautiful new pool from Mineral Pools! It was a tricky site, but the team handled it professionally and the end result is stunning. Communication was excellent, the quality is top-notch, and they worked through some tough weather without missing a beat. We’re excited for many summers of fun ahead — highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mineral Pools are truly next level. It’s been over 5 years since they installed our pool and sunken fire pit, and their service is still absolutely outstanding. No matter how much time has passed, they are always there when I have questions, respond quickly, and are incredibly helpful with pool supplies — often going above and beyond by personally dropping items off to our home. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of care, reliability, and genuine support long after installation. We couldn’t recommend Mineral Pools highly enough.
