The team were absolutely fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the timely communication but most of all, the result. Our pool looks amazing. We were able to discuss what we wanted and had great options to consider.

We engaged the team at Brisbane Pool Designs to do the pool heating for our swim school at Fernvale. Our pool system is a combination of heat pumps, solar pool heating, pool cover and magna pool. The system works perfectly and it's even power efficient to work with our solar power which was one of our 'must haves' part of the project. They did a fantastic job and left the site clean and tidy.

We’ve dealt with Jason from Brisbane Pool Designs a number of times over the last six months and have been really impressed every time. He’s helped us with several things for our pool, including putting in a pool heater, changing the pool over to magnesium, replacing our creepy crawler, and supplying us with a Robo VAC. From the start, Jason has been friendly, reliable, and incredibly helpful. He’s always happy to answer questions, even the simple ones, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. He’s gone out of his way to help us more than once, which is something you don’t come across all that often. What really stands out is the level of service he provides.
