Aqua-Tech Pool Liners

Aqua-Tech has just completed relining the pool in our complex. We cannot recommend this family-owned and operated company highly enough. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, communicative, responsive and skilled at what they do. Debbie's customer service skills are exceptional. She was proactive in contacting us when necessary - not once did we have to chase for information. She was always friendly, polite and helpful. Kim and Dane's work is meticulous - they take no shortcuts and are at pains to ensure a perfect job. They were easy to talk to, explained the process and ensured a smooth operation. This job was not without its difficulties. Once the original liner was removed, defects in the concrete delayed completion and the work was extended way beyond the anticipated date. This was frustrating for all of us, but they handled it with understanding and good humour.

The Aquatech team are absolutely wonderful! They offer excellent service, reasonable pricing, and they kept us informed every step of the way for our new pool liner. Highly recommend and a special mention to Deb who is super friendly and helpful.

We recently had our pool remodeled with Aquatech. A great family business to deal with. The quote was prompt and was the only one I received. Steve their tiler is second to none. No shortcuts. The old coping was jack hammered off, the surface levelled and granite pavers Installed. Any tiler can lay tiles in a straight line. Our pool is free form so lots of curves. The tiling job is outstanding. There was no wastage of materials. A couple of spare coping tiles and a few sheets of the mosaic tiles left. Once finished the guys came back to install the liner and fill the pool. Highly recommend this lovely family business.
