JJ Pools have been fantastic. From the outset, they listened to our ideas, helped improve them, were professional and really prompt dealing with each step. What also sets them apart, is their communication. Jack , Jacob, Kaelon and the whole team were always great at letting us know what was happening and when, and making it happen. They went above and beyond to ensure things ran smoothly. We now have a beautiful 7x4 surrounded by honed concrete and aluminium and glass fencing combo which we love.

We had the pleasure of working with JJ Pools for the installation of a new pool at our home, and we couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall service. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. First, the consultation with Jack was incredibly thorough. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered expert suggestions based on our space and budget, and provided a clear, transparent breakdown of the project. We never once felt unsure of what was happening or overwhelmed by hidden costs. The installation team was top-notch. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean worksite throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly and highly skilled, always ready to answer questions and address concerns. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and the results speak for themselves—the pool is absolutely stunning! After installation, the follow-up service has been equally impressive. JJ Pools provided detailed instructions for maintenance and has been responsive to any questions we've had. What truly sets Jack, Kaelon and the team at JJ Pools apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. If you're looking for a pool company that combines quality, reliability, and excellent customer service, look no further than JJ Pools. We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Jack and his team made our dream a reality and in such short notice, with our own pool before Christmas! From the initial call out and quote to the finish it has been such amazing customer service and communication. We were always kept up to date with everything that was happening and they were always happy to answer any questions or help in any way they could and actually take the time to discuss different options and listen to help our vision come to life. It was such an awesome experience to see it all come together and we were able to start enjoying our pool very quickly. They are all such an amazing hard working team and we can not thank you guys enough.

OUTSTANDING service! OUTSTANDING communication! OUTSTANDING results! Our first ever pool build was seamless. (even with typical Queensland summer weather, coupled with a cyclone and weeks of rain and a ridiculously small site access.) The JJ boys were absolutely amazing - super friendly, respectful, and overall, just damn hard working, get the job done guys. Sub trades had the same respectful, engaging nature and were very well represented. Communication from admin was second to none and all my millions of questions were answered so quickly. (I’m sure they are secretly glad our build is done and there are no more emails from me😂) The whole process from start to finish was so easy and they worked with us to fit into our budget. The site clean up was so good, there was even no evidence that machinery had been driving dirt etc through our garage for days. The time taken at hand over (and during build) to help us navigate how to use the equipment and learn how to maintain a pool was done with such detail and reassurance. We could not recommend JJ Pools highly enough. They were so incredibly confident from the get go and as such, we have a fabulous outdoor space. (We chose to landscape ourselves so the rest of the yard is still a work in progress - but our pool is perfect!)

We had a fantastic experience building our pool with JJ Pools! The team was professional, efficient, and made the process as smooth as possible. A special shoutout to Caiden, who was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best experience. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions made a huge difference. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a great asset to the JJ Pools team! Another big thank you to Kaelon in the office for answering our many, many questions along the way. Her responsiveness and support made the whole process even easier. We’re thrilled with how the pool has turned out. It’s almost complete, just waiting on the permanent glass fencing, furniture, and a few plants to finish it off. Highly recommend JJ Pools to anyone considering a pool project!
