Over the last year we have been working with Nepean Pools to design our new dream pool. As part of the process they had to remove our very old tired existing pool. Nothing was an issue throughout the entire process. From our first sales visit all the way down to our final certificate the team have been brilliant. The project was fast, efficient, tidy and seamless. Highly recommend Nepean Pools.

If you are looking for an honest, professional, efficient and friendly team to install your pool, look no further. From the outset, the service was impeccable. We were shown some prior installations to assist us in deciding colour, shape etc. No hidden costs during the build process. We were constantly updated during the installation process, making this a very pleasurable experience. Thank you Adrian and the entire Nepean Pool team for making this experience an easy and hassle free one. If we knew that installing a pool could be this painless, we would have done it years ago.

We love our pool from Nepean Pools. Their team is very helpful , responsive, on schedule , and always updating on the process and the next steps during the construction. Our pool was finished within the initial time schedule, considering a site with a difficult access in the city inner west. We would highly recommend Nepean Pools to anyone who is considering a fibreglass pool.

We initially found Nepean Pools through the SPASA Pool and Spa Expo when we came across their booth. Coincidentally they were then further recommended to us by a friend who had their pool installed by them a few years back. From the get go they were nothing but friendly and accommodating. They answered all our queries from the start, and no question was ever left unanswered or too silly. From all the other pool companies we enquired with, they were by far the most efficient, most reasonable and friendliest in terms of customer service. Since this was our first pool build we were overwhelmed with all the information, but they guided us through every part and process involved, even though towards the pool dig stage we were admittedly quite stressed and anxious-due to the changed access, and rock being discovered during the dig 😩 Everyone, and we mean EVERYONE who we have had the pleasure to deal with from Nepean Pools, has been exceptional. From Sam during the initial pool enquiry stages, to our star project manager Mandy dealing with our pool build (can’t count how many times I’ve been on the phone asking her a million questions!) They have always answered and have been nothing short of friendly and amazing! To Mark and Gerard who did our pool dig and to Benny who did the install! You guys are all superstars. Also a shout out to the Garofali family- Maria and Adrian! You guys have all been wonderful in helping us finally achieve our summer dream of owning a pool! We love our Nepean pool. Thankyou guys for everything!! We can’t wait to enjoy our pool!! Bring on the heat!!!

Could not speak more highly of the excellence in service from Adrian and all the crew at Nepean. Professional, respectful and personable, very informative and well communicated regarding processes, timelines and payments across the business from Project Management through front office, workmen onsite and ongoing support through the process. Quality of workmanship and finished product was simply outstanding from excavations, pool lift over the house, concreting, paving, fencing onsite support through Graeme. Also additional slab provisioned for our alfresco and tiled, again exceptional finish. Delightedy with the result and the stress free methodology with which you've all integrated to deliver our pool.
