Metro POOL + SPA

I've been going to this place for years. It's now under new management and my experience was fantastic. I let my pool go since the fires last year and it was extremely neglected. I received great advice from the new management who were very pleasant. I was extremely pleased to see they have a great selection of Pool Magic products. The service was magic and make sure you try Pool Magic, a fabulous product, if you try this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Doug at metropolitan pools ENFIELD was fantastic, I was in a panic as my pool pump stopped working and my pool was very close, my husband who looks after the pool was overseas, I contacted a few pool shops in the inner west area and all were very unhelpful, except for Doug at metropolitan pools at ENFIELD, he listened to my problem, tried to troubleshoot a few things over the phone to help me fix it, he called me back to check on things and could send someone out in two days, the other pool shops didn’t care, the earliest they could send someone was two weeks! Great customer service from metropolitan pools Enfield.

Had a great chat to the service technician Tim while on site he recommended a few products In the store that would help with my Blackspot problem. He also was able to answer my urgent texts on the weekend and was able to resolve my filter problem over the phone.

I have always found them to be very helpful and I have been dealing with them for a number of years. Today I took in a part and the guy put some lube on it and gave some very helpul advice. The day before they dropped in and briefly checked the pool out without charging as it was on their way.
