From the initial quote through to the final installation, the process was seamless thanks to an outstanding team. Every member of the Masterbuilt team was professional, polite, and incredibly helpful whenever we interacted with them, nothing was ever too much trouble. After accepting the quote, we decided to extend the paving around the pool, and the team made this adjustment effortless. They coordinated everything needed to dig out and tile the additional area, allowing us to have the entire space completed and ready just in time for Christmas 2025, and for us to enjoy with our new grandchildren. We had a wonderful experience with Masterbuilt. Ben together with his team (notably Dave, Jed, Josh and Jake) were excellent! So hard working and kept us well informed during the whole process. We also appreciated how hands on Ben was during the build, including the time he took to explain things as part of the handover.
