  We had a fantastic experience with Hi Tech Pools on the Northern Beaches. The team, Jack, Jake, Daniel, Amal and Paul, were professional, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. Our site was particularly challenging with access constraints and sitting above rock, but they came up with creative solutions and handled everything with confidence and skill. What really stood out was their communication; even while we were overseas, they kept us fully informed and shared photos and videos of the progress. We absolutely love the pool, a Sanctuary 6m x 4m with heat pump. Great job, we couldn’t be happier!

  We used Hi Tech Pools for our fibreglass pool install at the end of 2024. In short, I could not recommend a pool company more highly. There is a lot that goes into installing a pool and these guys have their system down pat! From the salesman, admin/office staff, business owner and the boys that did the job I was incredibly impressed with everything they did from day one. I myself am an an electrician with 25 years experience in the trade and to work with tradesmen that take their job so seriously and professionally and do Work at such a high standard I couldn’t be more impressed. This is a family run business and the core work is done by the staff of the business not contractors Any contractors they need to use are used regularly and well-versed in their techniques and Methodology. The industry links that they have with contractors, certifiers and design companies only adds to their appeal and streamline efficiency. The whole experience was fantastic and the outcome is amazing. We very much enjoyed the whole process and the experience and help they gave us along the way was second to none especially in a busy period leading up Xmas!! Thank you so much, Paul, Donna, Jake, Daniel , Callum, and Jack!! Amazing job- see photos Love your work guys.

  HiTech very professional from start to finish for my pool install which looks amazing. Highly recommend them. Highly detailed quote at start which meant no cost surprises or blow outs upon completion, highly competent and professional excavation and install done by friendly and approachable tradies with good skill at navigating the typical challenges ie weather and other pivots needed as part of the install. Service post install also great. Thank you Hitech for my pool. Much use so far by the family. Highly recommend HiTech.

  We had a fantastic experience with Hi Tech Pools — Paul, Jake, Jack, Callum and the whole crew were great to work with from start to finish. Ours was a tricky site with some tight CDC conditions, but Paul guided us through the process and designed a brilliant full backyard renovation. We went with a Compass 8x4 pool featuring the in-floor Vantage cleaning system and a heat pump — absolutely love it. It’s been such a great investment in our home and lifestyle. The aftercare has been just as fantastic — when our pump failed, Callum came out quickly and replaced it under warranty with no hassle at all. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly.
