The best thing we have done for our family! Aquatec Pools made our pool dreams come true and we could not be happier with the service Joe & Dan provided. We knew our pool install was not going to be easy but from the first visit with Joe, we knew we were in great hands. Communication was amazing, the guys were reliable and friendly. I can't recommend Aquatec pools enough. Great work from start to finish. It looked like my concrete and paving wasn't going to be done before Christmas but they pushed as hard as they could to get it all done which was amazing. Nothing was too big or too small for them. Any questions we had, they provided answers ASAP. If you need a pool done in the NSW South Coast region go with Aquatec.

We are about to enter our second swimming season after having our Aquatec Pool installed, and couldn't be more thrilled. We had the 8m Heritage with Platinum Quartz colour installed back during the covid19 lockdowns - I don't know how they did it. We originally obtained 3 or 4 quotes from local pool builders - we didn't know where to start. Joe came around to quote but he did things differently. As he also does the entire build, he was able to advise exactly what we honestly did and didn't need (and also prepared us with information and questions for the next builder's quotes). The fact he offered to answer our calls and answer our questions afterwards, even if he didn't win the quote, sealed the deal for us - you had us at hello man! When it was our turn for installation, things moved very quickly. Dan helped me out with some issues we had with Sydney Water's website showing an incorrect storm water location impacting our pool location free of charge in his own time, arranged inspections and got the drafts updated - he didn't have to do this and it is appreciated. Be prepared for Sydney Water charges if you're in the same boat (I swear we're in the wrong job!). On the day the pool was craned into it's hole, I couldn't help smile watching Joe and Dan fighting over 1mm difference at each end while the pool was dangling there! That's the level of quality they set themselves. The fellas came back to do the travertine coping and paving (supplied by Lifestile Pavers Unanderra), and to this day, even with all the rain we've had, I still can't find a single error that would trigger my OCD. It was all done perfectly. With the active gear, you get all the top quality stuff for pumps, filters, 3-way valves, chlorinators, Wifi coloured LED lights, etc as standard. There's no need to feel like you must upgrade - their standard install works flawlessly and moves a truckload of water. The family had a wonderful Summer last year in and around the pool (on the few days that La Nina didn't ruin). It was a pleasure having Joe and Dan rocking up onsite each morning at 7am sharp. They run a tight ship and a clean worksite. I highly, highly recommend you seek a quote from these guys and ask all the questions you can think of. You won't be pressured to sign by a certain date, you'll learn more from them and their prices are competitive. We have absolutely zero regrets and would not write this review if we had any. Best decision we made going with these guys to install our pool. They provided the best service, communication was amazing and always got back to us straight away even with any of our silly inquiries. Cannot recommend Aquatec Pools enough! I highly recommend having Joe and Dan install your pool! Both professional, friendly and show pride in their work! A pleasure to deal with and the end result of our pool surpasses our expectations and we are so happy with it! Due to their attention to detail our pools finish is extremely high end!
