  Will provided amazing help for a long-term leaky tap issue. He asked specific questions about the tap problem and explained the possible reasons for the leak. He then genuinely listened to our understanding of the issue in order to identify and fix it. With other plumbers, we never felt listened to, and their solutions only offered short-term fixes, however, Will identified the underlying fault and addressed it permanently. Will was very responsive to any concerns and questions.
