AMAZING!! Jim came to our house in roleystone today and was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient and well priced. We moved into our house 5 months ago and the kitchen sink wouldnt drain when the dishwasher was on! Turned out to be 16 metres of solidified grease! Jim delt with the issue so well considering our property doesn't have great access. Thank you so much Jim for all your help today its very appreciated.

I recently engaged Blocked Drain Services, operated by Jim, to fix my blocked kitchen drain, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Jim was professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was his dedication in locating the pipe outlet that was buried underground. He took the shortest time possible to thoroughly assess the issue and resolved it effectively. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Compared to other plumbing companies that quoted double or even triple the fee, Jim’s service was exceptional value for money. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and would highly recommend Blocked Drain Services to anyone needing reliable and honest plumbing assistance.

Many thanks for fixing the blocked drainage so quickly. Appreciate Neil's responsiveness on a Sunday to book the job. Jim arrived first thing Monday morning, was friendly, had all the right tools, cleared the blockage efficiently, and explained what we needed to do to maintain the drainage. The driver arrival notification and tracking is a handy feature too.

Neil did a remarkable job for me at a reasonable price. Compared to other vendors who tried to make a killing off my drainage woes, I would say Neil is professional, honest and thorough with his work. Thank you for your excellent service, Neil. I have referred you to my extended family members and other contacts. (Tip for the public: if someone tells you that concrete stuck in your drainpipe needs to be milled, give Neil Jarvis a call before you go ahead with them. Chances are a good 20 second water jet blast will do the trick.)

Outside drain nearest the kitchen started overflowing whenever we ran the kitchen taps. Called Block Drain Services near end of day yesterday, left a message describing our problem, requesting availablility & likely money. Received message back short time later with reasonable price about where I was expecting & confirming availability today. Neil arrived, after quick assessment & confirming it was most likely build up of fats & gunk from kitchen, got his kit out & went to work. 30-40 min later we were done & the area cleaned up afterwards. No mess, no fuss, job done on time for decent price. Hoping we won't need his services again anytime soon, but if we do, will be calling Neil at Blocked Drain Services first. Many thanks...
