AMAZING!! Jim came to our house in roleystone today and was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient and well priced. We moved into our house 5 months ago and the kitchen sink wouldnt drain when the dishwasher was on! Turned out to be 16 metres of solidified grease! Jim delt with the issue so well considering our property doesn't have great access. Thank you so much Jim for all your help today its very appreciated.

Jim arrived first thing Monday morning, was friendly, had all the right tools, cleared the blockage efficiently, and explained what we needed to do to maintain the drainage. Outside drain nearest the kitchen started overflowing whenever we ran the kitchen taps. Called Block Drain Services near end of day yesterday, left a message describing our problem, requesting availablility & likely money. Received message back short time later with reasonable price about where I was expecting & confirming availability today. Neil arrived, after quick assessment & confirming it was most likely build up of fats & gunk from kitchen, got his kit out & went to work. 30-40 min later we were done & the area cleaned up afterwards. No mess, no fuss, job done on time for decent price. Hoping we won't need his services again anytime soon, but if we do, will be calling Neil at Blocked Drain Services first. Many thanks...
