Love how they stay to make sure everything if working properly and explain everything. Excellent communication, highly recommend this company. Thank you Chad, Brodie and Jess for a fantastic service. ________________________________ So happy with the service we received. Vanessa was amazing at fitting us in as an emergency and keeping in daily contact. Brodie did a fantastic job - came out Friday afternoon and stayed till nearly 6 to finish the job. The blockage was difficult to find due to our quirky pipes but he persevered. We're very grateful, thank you guys! Definitely recommend.

  Great company to deal with. Very accommodating. I called about a leak one day, they came to inspect & quote the next, price was very reasonable & they came the day after to fix the leak. Very impressed from start to finish & everyone that i have dealt with have been amazing. Cant say enough good things about them! Thanks to all involved.

  Thank you QA Plumbing. Your team are professional, punctual and hard working from your administation staff to the Technicians. We knew exactly when they were arriving thanks to the text messages. A nice touch. Brodie thoroughly investigated our septic problem and after a short while and digging they established our tanks were unfortunately full and the primary cause of the problem. Recommended a course of action with a recommendation of a followup to repair our diverter valve. Once tanks cleaned out Chad returned the next day to rectify the diverter valve issue and took the time to replace the lawn correctly. Phil your team are a credit to you as they are friendly, professional, punctual and left the site in as great condition.

  I Called Friday afternoon with no hot water and they attended promptly to help me out so we wouldn't have to go the weekend without hot water. They were very friendly, helpful and the plumber was fantastic and cleaned up after himself. I have had many tradesman at my property and they have been the absolute best and most helpful. 10 out of 10
