  Thank you, David, from Upside Down Plumbing Perth. Who arrived at our house just after 8pm and finished late on Wednesday evening 1st February. We had a burst water pipe and no water for over 30 hours. David had to cover another team member. He turned up with a smile on his face. and told us what he was doing and how much it would be, as he was going along. He is a very friendly and efficient young guy who was great at listening and treated our home and cars with respect, with his tools. He made communication with us. We had a great chat about dogs, as he pet our dog, and she liked him. We also talked about family.. He spoke highly of his company he worked for and liked to make sure all his customers were happy. The only small improvement that would have been helpful would have been a txt to say he would have been a little later than our time slot given. Otherwise, we are happy with the job and so glad to have our water back on. For anyone having to turn off your water, prepare some buckets of water for washing or toilet flushing and a clean one for things like a wash or brushing teeth. Fill any drinking bottles or kettle a small bowl of water with a little container so you can keep hands clean throughout the day. (showers, toilet flushing, air-con, drinking water needs a good pipe flow and clean water) 😀🙂👌👍🐶 #also I would like to thank *Elvin as I called to say please make sure that this would get passed on to David. Elvin was very polite and had great manners in the phone before he knew what I was calling about. Thanks again 👍

I would give them a 5 star for all service except for pricing, that could be expensive. Overall Paul was very professional knew what he was doing and fixed the problem in no time. I would recommend Paul from upside down plumbers. Felix W
