This team of people have been so professional and quick with the work we needed done. Angela was communicative and was able to give us all the info we needed to proceed swiftly. When Roy came in to do the hard yards, he was friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. It was supposed to be a two day job but he stayed late a little the first day and got it all done. The rainy days a couple of days ago have proven that the installation has been successful and is fit for purpose. The paving that Roy had to dismantle and re pave , incredible. No one would have been able to tell. Thank you so much team!

I am thoroughly impressed by the excellent service provided by Perth Soakwells in repairing our sunken driveway paving due to a soakwell issue. Email communications were prompt, friendly and professional, and the quote provided was clear, thorough and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Roy who was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and meticulous in repairing our soakwell and paving. It felt like he went the extra mile to ensure everything was properly fixed, and he still had a smile on his face even after a full day of hard labour. I am very thankful to the team at Perth Soakwells and would highly recommend their service!

Impressive installation and communication, BUT one week later and we can't get the job finished!! The contract clearly states 'PAVING, LANDSCAPING NOT RESTORED OR REPLACED' - but I (stupidly) didn't think about what this actually meant or how difficult it would be to get the work done. A week now without being able to park our cars under cover, and no clear idea when this will be completed. Be warned :-/

A quote was provided in a very reasonable timeframe for proposed works by Angela, and works were promptly completed. All areas were restored to pre work state, some left even better then before works started. Great work guys you were a pleasure to deal with!
