I used Kim for my home renovation. He was probably the tradie that I trusted the most through the whole process. He was reliable, on time, and brought a can-do attitude with good problem solving skills. He has very good communication, and uses a business software to tackle the admin, such as confirming what time he will be on site. It was a bonus that Kim isnt just a good plumber, but is super friendly and has good banter

We just had Kim over today to have some niggling issues with a water hammer and a shower that wouldn't stay hot investigated and repaired.
