  Had a hot water issue. It was working perfectly fine and then not even once ounce of hot water. I feared the worse, a whole new system and being too expensive for a single mum like me. Banrock plumbing showed up, when they said they would, looked at and fixed it. Just fixed it and charged me $50. They said yes you should start saving for a new hot water system, yours is pretty old, it will fail given enough time. Plumber was polite courteous and honest without trying to rip me off. Highly recommend if you want an honest plumber.
