Drains HQ

Would highly recommend - Quick response and fantastic service. Of course a blocked drain happens at the worst possible time. We’re a family of five and from time to time the drains servicing the kids’ bathroom, toilet and laundry have been a bit slow. We also currently have another overseas family staying with us (another five people), and they’ve been using the kids’ bathroom. On New Year’s Eve, after being out all day, we got home around 7pm and everyone was showering and getting ready for the evening. Then disaster struck - the toilet wouldn’t flush. We tried plunging and running water through other drains, which only made things worse, with water coming up through the showers, floor drains and sinks. I called Ellis from Drains HQ at around 8pm on NYE and he answered straight away. Even though he was heading out for the evening, he was at our house first thing on New Year’s Day and had the problem sorted in no time. The issue turned out to be tree roots in the pipes about 17 metres from the inspection point. Ellis used cameras, high-pressure water and specialist equipment to clear the blockage and remove the roots efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the service - professional, responsive and effective.
