Mat from Acqua replaced a hot water heater for us a few years back and performed a wonderful job. Fast forward a few years and we had a minor plumbing issue that needed urgent attention. Mat was able to fit us into his schedule in a very short time, even taking the additional time to deal with our real estate agent regarding access. During the works he found an additional minor fault that he was able to include in initial repairs. Had Mat not been the thorough, professional tradesman that he is this would’ve been missed and caused major issues in the future. Mat provided prompt well priced services and included video and photographic evidence of his thorough work for us to supply to our real estate agent.
