Litas Maidstone handled my warranty work on our Rheem stellar hot water system. Communication was efficient and the work was carried out expediently and expertly. Very happy with my experience with Litas Maidstone.

John came to fix our bathroom tap mixer at very short notice and did a great job. He explained and showed us the problem before he fixed it. Thank you to the office staff as well who got John to come out the next day. Had a burst pipe. Had to turn off the mains late in the evening then rang Litas at 6.30am. Chris understood the seriousness of our situation and had a plumber at our door by 8am. Burst pipe not easy to find but was located and fixed very efficiently. Nick was really professional and pleasant to deal with. Really impressed with everyone concerned. Admin staff also really pleasant and courteous. Strongly recommend them!

The booking process was straightforward and excellent, I was able to secure a time quickly. The plumbers visited initially to carry out a thorough inspection and recommended a few improvements. We ended up needing to replace several taps. A few days later, they returned to complete the replacements and even conducted another round of inspections to ensure everything was in good working order. Jonathan and his mate were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

I had a blocked and leaking kitchen sink. Jackson and apprentice Sean were polite, friendly and efficient, getting the job done with no fuss. Jackson even gave me some good advice for maintenance. Very nice people, professional service. The office reception lady was great as well.

I have used Litas Mainstone Plumbing and Gas several years ago and I found them to be professional, provided services quickly and were very helpful. Recently at my home a toilet was running non stop when flushed. I contacted Litas Mainstone and they arranged for one of their plumbers to attend the following morning at 7:30 am. He was very professional, he kept me fully informed of my options. I was very pleased with the work undertaken, he was quick in his work and kept me informed of the work he undertook. I will use Litas Mainstone if I need to in the future.
