Ive had Harry do several jobs for me. Mainly the one I want to highlight is the two urgent blocked drainage problems Ive had where cant use toilets, show and sink. The first time I called Harry and advised or downstais blocked toilet meant my Great Aunt wouldn't be able to have use of toilet and ahower all weekend and how desperate the situation was. Harry on a late Friday afternoon said Ill be there. Sure enough after hours Friday night he came, he explained what the problem was, exactly what needed to be done to fix it and cost associated . It ended up being a big job in the sense he said he hadn't ever seen such a bad blockage in his many years and worked for 3.5 hours to help is out. Not once was there any hint of not wanting to be there (being late Friday night), but wanted to help is out and solve our problem. To me that was amazing and sure enough fixed and problem solved. Recently I had same situation with the same bathroom at 4:30pm on Tuesday, I called Harry and said I need your help, I could again use any toilets, showers etc. Harry said I'll be there. Sure enough he and his Brother H came. This time was an easier to fix, and within 30 mins done. Again same great level of care, explained eveything that he needed to do and costs so I knew what I was up for before he started, and didnt charge me a call out fee. Costs were as he advised, no suprises. He then suggested to get the camera down there to make sure everything is ok. My long review is to higlight the expert level of knowledge on what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and he's been spot on. He cares about what he does, takes bride in hos work and even called me the next day to check all was still working well. Harry and H are highly recommended, and once you've worked with them, they'll be your go-to plumbers. (Rowville area)
