Al is a true can do person & artisan. He assisted us in creating a gorgeous fireplace within our existing parameters. We retrofitted this Stuv 6 into our space & extended the flue beyond our second storey with a concealed structural steel prop. Al recently installed our wood fire place and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve been dealing with tradies a fair bit and Al set a new benchmark on professionalism. It was a great experience from start to finish. He was on time, did exactly what he promised and kept me in the loop during installation. As I couldn’t be onsite myself he even shared progress via video and asked clear and concise questions and what we would prefer. Excellent communication skills and high quality finish!
