Scott and the team did a terrific job installing the AGI pipe along the side of my house. They provided regular updates throughout the process and clearly explained what needed to be done to prevent water from getting underneath the house. Since the installation, the system appears to be working well, with no noticeable water issues under the house. The problem seems to have been properly resolved. Overall, it was a job well done — great service, clear communication, and fair pricing. Massimo is an incredibly hardworking person, and I was really impressed with the team’s professionalism and effort. Highly recommend.

We recently engaged Scott and his team, including John, to replace our gas pipe and water pipe, and the whole experience was outstanding. They were professional, efficient and very thorough. Scott explained everything clearly, provided honest advice, and the team completed the job with great attention to detail. John’s workmanship was excellent, and they made sure everything was safe, tidy and working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find a team that is both skilled and genuinely reliable. Highly recommend Scott and his crew for any plumbing or gas work — trustworthy, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again for your great work!

I recently engaged Scott and his team to repair a roof leak. Scott responded promptly and conducted an on-site inspection just two days after I got in touch. He quickly identified the root cause of the issue, clearly explained the reasons behind the leak, and provided practical solutions along with professional recommendations. The quote was very reasonable, and the repairs were promptly scheduled. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Since completion, we’ve had heavy rain, and I’m pleased to report there has been no further leaking—a clear sign of the team’s excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Victorian Plumbing Group for their efficiency, professionalism, expertise, and high-quality service. Many thanks again to Scott and the team!
