We have just had the team from Eastside plumbers replace our sewer line in Port Melbourne. Right from the outset it was a great experience. The quote process with Trent and Jack was clear, transparent and competitive. The back office team were always polite and accomodating as we confirmed scope and scheduled the job. Matt the main plumber on our job was amazing. He was very thorough and meticulous in his work having to deal with several challenges along the way. No cowboys in this team. From the first phone call and speaking with the lovely Chloe who made everthing really easy this company is now my go to. I had a kitchen refurb so needed a disconnect of gas and water and then every thing reconnected. Tradesman were punctual, friendly and explained everthing. From the first visit to obtain a quote, then the tradesman showing us issues as they found them. Completed works are so neat and tidy and completed so well that the kitchen cabinet tradies were very impressed as well. Would not hesitate to recommend and employ again.

They are professional in both the work done and their interaction with me ... in fact I am most impressed with the gentleman who did the work (Ryan) ... and for an "old man who shouts at clouds" it takes a lot to impress me these days.
