What really stood out was how thoughtfully Trav approached the job — he considered how everything worked together, not just his own plumbing scope. He was also very accommodating when I changed my mind on a few things and always found solutions without any fuss. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber who genuinely cares about quality and doing the job properly.

He explained the issue in plain terms, gave honest advice, and got straight to work. The job was completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s rare to find a plumber who is not only skilled but also reliable and respectful of your home John is all of that and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done. I’ll definitely be using John again in the future. Thanks so much!

They also made sure to explain the "what", "why" and "how" of the repair clearly. A small thing that my wife _really_ appreciated was them taking off the boots when inside the house (even though I was trying to be polite and insisted they they didn't have to). Highly recommended. 👍
