I think it's the little things worth mentioning here.. he messaged with his ETA, he took his boots off before entering the apartment without me having to ask, he was straight into the work and cleaned up after himself. He fixed the problem quickly, but he was also really good on the small details. James service was really reasonably priced too, highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

James quickly responded with what we could do to fix the problem ourselves and happily called in one evening to ensure it had worked out. It ended up requiring some serious problem solving (the toilet was installed 'creatively') and the end result was really functional, with a focus on what works now and long into the future should anyone else need to access the location. It was also professionally finished. He's professional, friendly and considerate. His pricing is very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Some other people said they would be interested but went silent after they looked up our place on Google map. James acknowledged the access issue, worked through it with us and came on the first day that it was safe to do so. He fixed all problems in one go and instructed us on what to look out for in case of future problem. The communication was prompt, open, clear and honest. We always felt confident that we would be looked after with him I have no hesitation in recommending James and Mindful Plumbing for any service in the future.
