    Tenant here -- had recent gas safety check and there were some issues found. The Water Plumber was engaged to fix an issue with the hot water unit. Called me, given okay to go in and do the job while I was at work -- ten minutes away, so if he needed anything I could be there quick. He went in, did the job; pipework is beautiful, no mess or swarf, no phone call needing me there, everything in place -- and the gate was shut behind him. Absolute legend. Would recommend.
